However, certain months are better than others for specific wildlife sightings. Take a look at the table opposite for optimal months for wildlife sightings: Please note, some species, such as sea turtles, have different nesting times throughout the country. The table opposite offers optimal sighting months for the destinations suggested on this itinerary. Some species, such as the Great Green Macaw, can be seen year-round. However, certain months provide better conditions to see and photograph them. For this, we would recommend travelling in the dry season (December - April). |
